Policy

TanTan Tribe upholds a zero-tolerance policy toward any acts of abuse, exploitation, and/or sexualization involving children. Users who violate any of our policies including those outlined below for protecting minors (defined as individuals under the age of 18) face immediate removal from the platform and potential actions by law enforcement.
Policies
Age Restriction
Users must be 18 years of age or older to use TanTan Tribe app.
Any attempt to falsify age to access the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or removal.
TanTan Tribe employs automated and manual systems to detect underage activity and prevent Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA). Any attempt to bypass these systems is prohibited. Examples of prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Sexualization of Minors and CSEA
Sharing, creating, or distributing content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Sexual fetishization of minors, including discussions, sexualized role-playing, or inappropriate attire.
Depictions of child nudity or sexualization in any form, including artistic representations such as drawings or animations.
Harmful or Dangerous Acts Involving Minors
Threats, encouragement, or acts of physical violence against minors.
Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors.
Depictions or encouragement of dangerous activities involving minors.
Promoting or depicting neglect or trafficking of minors.
Underage Appearance on the Platform
Minors appearing in live streams, videos, or any other form of content is strictly prohibited.
Creating or managing accounts on behalf of minors.
Attempts to falsify age to gain access to the platform.
Reporting Mechanism
Incidents involving the abuse of minors will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant authorities, as required by applicable law.

Prohibited Users
Users convicted of crimes against children, including but not limited to sexual assault, physical abuse, neglect, or trafficking, are strictly prohibited from using TanTan Tribe app.
Execution and Transparency
Enforcement Measures
Violations of the Child Safety Policy will result in immediate account penalties, including removal.
When a user reports a violation to us, we will attempt to identify the alleged perpetrator and suspend all accounts associated with the alleged user across our various platforms and apps. The lifting of the suspension is at the sole discretion of TanTan Tribe.
For severe violations, we will fullycooperate with law enforcement agencies during investigations.
User Education
TanTan Tribe educates users on child safety through:
Displaying the Child Safety Policy prominently on the platform.
Providing prompts and reminders during content creation and sharing to help users avoid risky situations.
